Arguement #31 "There's No Healthcare Rationing Planned!"

I am admittedly short on names but an orthopaedic surgeon on Fox said less than an hour ago that there is a rationing council already quietly ensconced in the Stimulus Bill. The good doctor said that President Killed-Newborns-In-Illinois Obama has already appointed seven members to the council, and a building for them is being sought. If this is true, you won't hear about on the Liberal partisan news networks. You will have to go to Fox or the radio talk shows. The doctor read a quote supposedly from the Stimulus Bill that said these seven cruel, brown-shirts were supposed to "guide" doctors in their medical treatment. You know what that means - cap expenditures, that is, ration medical care. The slavers will be telling your doctor how much he can "spend" on your health care.
